Carl Farrugia is a media graduate from Valletta, Malta. He graduated for his first degree in Communications from the University of Malta and got his Masters from University of Leicester. He is currently an Office Support Manager (Administration) with the Department of Information. He started with DOI an Information Officer in the Government Gazette section.
